Is pride getting in the way of your growth? Founder of JetBlue and CEO of JetSuite Alex Wilcox shares why vulnerability helped him soar in the travel industry on Inside Quest with Tom Bilyeu.

Throughout his impressive career, Alex Wilcox has founded an astonishing four airline companies, including the hugely successful JetBlue Airways and the newly launched JetSuite. A pilot by the age of 16, he paid for his flying lessons with money that he earned, working every conceivable job you can imagine at his local airport. He cleaned, he loaded, fueled. Everything on airplanes, all in an effort to fund his love of flying.

Starting his career at the ground floor, through grit and determination, he went from an unknown kid at the Virgin Atlantic ticket counter in Miami to a New York based junior executive in the company in just three months. He's been credited as the driving force behind many of the industry changing innovations that we all enjoy while traveling today.
